A Look at the Numbers

It is sometimes said that all you have to do is ask, and you will receive. There might be something to this maxim. The numbers below provide an overview of public input received here at Grays Harbor 2020 over the past several months.

• 35 – Number of community groups requesting speakers bureau presentations
• 800 – Number of citizens who participated in speakers bureau presentations
• 320 – Number of people who attended project scoping forums to get things started
• 200 – Number of residents who attended regional forums this spring
• 2,000 – Number of citizen ideas received through outreach efforts
• 296,350 – Number of “hits” at www.graysharbor2020.com website
